ahh, my first critique, here goes, sorry if it sucks!
Well, firstly your anatomy is really good, especially Rascals face.
For some critiques, the left side of Kayleigh's face looks a bit fat compared to the other side, a tip would be to make the facing side larger than the one facing more away.
Rascals legs are really good though, and you got the anatomy almost perfect, one thing though is that his paw looks a little odd, there should be more of a bend if you get what I meen.
overall though it's pretty awesome, the colouring and line art is a little messy, like on Kayleighs leg where her chest line goes over her leg line, but I have OCD so that only really bothers me xD
anyway, I'm sure that's just because of the programme you where using, if you redid the lines and colouring in photoshop it'd be even better ^^
